The goal at EW4H is to treat both acute and chronic illnesses as well as promote health maintenance. I also can assist you in preventative health care by enhancing your immunity and increasing your vital energy. Traditional East Asian Medicine based treatments stimulate the body's own energetic pathways, or meridians. Using very slender needles, magnets, pressure and/or heat, the acupuncturist activates exact points on the meridians to promote the ‘body-mind-spirit emotions’ abilities to heal itself. Treatments are mainly based on the theory that illness comes from stagnation of one's ‘Qi’ energy or energetic imbalances within the body. Treatment aims at clearing out these imbalances.

Traditional East Asian Medicine is commonly used to treat: inflammatory diseases, arthritis, musculoskeletal illnesses, sprains, stiffness, sciatica, back and knee pain, infertility, PMS, menopause, painful periods, PID, stress, depression, anxiety, fatigue, restless sleep, plantar fasciitis, UTI, common cold, flu, asthma, bronchitis, gastrointestinal disease and headaches and more! NIH consensus statement.

Preventing illness requires proper nutrition, a healthy lifestyle, plenty of sleep and cultivating a peaceful mind and body. Traditional East Asian Medicine treatments can help you with this goal.

I would like to be one of your health care practitioners. I have had 12 years of acute care nursing experience and would love to interface with your current primary care provider. I consider myself to be a community resource and am willing to answer questions or discuss care with all other healthcare providers and community members. Please support my practice and recommend my services to your family, friends and colleagues. I am dedicated to providing outstanding health care.
