Your participation is key to determining the type of care you require. If your mind, body and spirit have developed imbalances over many years, it may take a long time and some amount of discipline on your part to bring it back into alignment. Traditional East-Asian Medicine requires motivation and maturity, and respect for your body’s natural healing process

CeCelia has been practicing Holistic Health Care since 1989 and is a Certified Holistic Nurse & A Licensed Acupuncturist, and training & experience as a Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, Healing Touch Practitioner (level IIIA), & NAET- Allergy Elimination Practitioner.

She brings a Holistic Nursing (physical/emotional/mental/spiritual ‘state of being’) based framework to her sessions and specializes in uniquely creating a space for healing to happen’. This has less to do with physical parameters than with intention, mindfulness, and caring. Assessment is done using visual, auditory, kinesthetic and intuitive means and treatment planning includes use of techniques that balance energy flow, encourages relaxation and also includes specific work on problem areas. Built on her strong educational foundation is experience with many diverse modalities.
